Situation
Reuse existing project documents
Preparing a proposal or concept often involves referring to earlier projects. Finding and reviewing the relevant material takes time. With the Intelligent Archive, you ask directly for the information you need. The system searches your documents and compiles an answer from their contents.
The archive combines semantic search with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Retrieved passages are supplied to the language model as a basis for its answer, allowing it to use information from your own documents.

You do not need the exact filename or matching terms. Semantic search considers the meaning of your question to find relevant content.

The archive can combine information from several documents in one answer. You review its factual accuracy before using it.
Prepare drafts
The archive creates initial drafts based on previous proposals, concepts and reports. Your team adapts them to the new assignment and reviews them before use.
Run it in your IT environment
The archive can run on your own infrastructure or in a cloud environment. The appropriate setup depends on your requirements for data storage, access rights and operations.
