Who I am
For twenty years I have designed and implemented production systems at small and large scale, from solution architecture and enterprise integration to platform development. I know these systems from the inside, and that is what lets me say with precision where AI belongs in them and where it does not.
How I work
The work starts with a tangible prototype for a real case. The future-ready application and architecture are built around what demonstrably works.
Running software, architecture concepts, the transformation path, and the decision material behind it. The output is built to be used: already implemented or ready to implement.
I deliberately work with only a few clients at the same time. Depth needs availability when the decisions that count are pending.
How I think about AI
Companies that succeed with AI change how their software is created, how their products work, and how their teams get the work done. This change needs clear architecture, workable guardrails, and decisions.
I come in when that change is pending for your company, and together we develop your new way of working and the systems and structures it needs.
