## Try AI on a task from your own work

You want to assess whether AI is useful for a particular task. I develop a working prototype that your leadership team can try themselves. We limit the scope to one task so you can see initial results in a short time and decide whether to continue development.

## Developing and testing your prototype

### Choose a task

Together, we select a task from your daily work, identify the available data and agree what the prototype should do.

### Build the prototype

I develop the prototype for that task. You can then test whether the approach works and where adjustments are needed.

### Test it with your leadership team

Your leadership team uses the prototype and assesses how useful its results are. This also shows which steps employees still need to perform or check themselves.

### Decide how to proceed

We discuss whether you want to develop the application further and what using it in the company would require, including connections to existing systems and operational requirements.

## Further development after the trial

You keep the working prototype. Your leadership team has used it and can better assess whether further development is worthwhile for this task. We discuss the outstanding technical and organizational questions together.
